Deepen your Practice Weekend Intensive

This three-day course is part of the seven-day Be The Teacher (500hr) Intensive in the Living Yoga Program. It also stands alone as a module open to any yoga teacher interested in expanding the practice and further developing leadership qualities. All are welcome.

The sessions will be interactive, dynamic and reflective. Participants will be invited to explore their own practice of the path of yoga as well as their role in sharing this ancient technology in modern context.

Some highlights of the weekend include exploring these topics:

Being a Leader
How to communicate effectively
How to facilitate sessions
Holding space for deeper work: retreats and workshop settings
Posture exploration
Meditation, mantras, mudras practice

This list of events includes all of the courses currently available through the MLY Program. Classes are intentionally small to ensure quality of learning and experience. Courses are open to all folks interested learning more about the practice of Yoga - from its philosophy to living life, to yogic techniques. We'll also teach you how to teach, if that's what you'd like to do. Whether you simply want to learn more about yoga, or if you want to actually teach yoga, there's something here for you. Anatomy for Yoga Teachers

We work with you to deepen your practice of yoga, specialize and expand your teaching and develop stronger leadership skills. Intensive course.
